The company’s board of Directors had followed up with the management on business with responsibility and fairly under corporate governance and ethical framework which had been developed according to the regulation in year 2004 which includes the improved structures of the CGR, to ensure the shareholders, stakeholders and related groups that the corporate governance and business ethics were clear and fair.
The company had appointed the boards, directors and employees that the policy were acknowledged and carryout for the most highest benefit and to advance the business moral for all employees at all level which emphasized on conscious for all employees by the time they were employed by orientation together with explanation on the principle and regulation for every employees to understand and proceed them thoroughly.
The compilation of the company’s manual about good corporate governance and business ethics emphasized on:
1. Reinforce transparent, clear and good management system in order to have high potential as well as capability in competing with others and protect and eliminate the conflict of interest that may arise.
2. Assured the shareholders, investors, employees, control division, society, environment and stakeholders and connected with the ideas, responsibility and good relationship between the Boards of Directors, managements, shareholders, employees and stakeholders.
3. A tool that measured and checked the operation results to improve for more efficiency.
4. Creates the responsibility for directors and management divisions to stakeholders of every section.
